Hello, as per your clinical history is concerned you can do warm saline gargle every 3 hours for sore throat,add antibiotic (AB-FAX-AZ TAB) twice a day ,add (Crocin TAB) every 8 hours for muscles pain,add (ABIPANTA-40 mg) once a day for 14 days.
