Sore throat

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have a sore throat and pain on right side of throat when i swallow. I am having this for last 2 days. The pain and discomfort reduced compared to 1st day. What could be the reason? Because of lock down i am not able to meet any doctor in person. Sometimes there's cough ( rarely). No cold and no other symptoms.
