Asked for Male, 60 Years

I am facing sore throat last 2 days. But it is not continuous, on and off coming and disappearing. I do salt water gargle and gets relief for approximately 4 hrs and mild sore throat after that. Please suggest good medicine to resolve

Do warm water gargles with salt twice daily and tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily for 5 days . Do u have other medical conditions and taking any medication? . Look for fever and cough
