Sore throat
Hello doctor,
I have been suffering from dry cough since last 20 to 25 days, and haven't seen any improvement since then, i took some antibiotics and also all d precautions necessary from catching cold but nothing helped... i have a scratchy throat which leads to coughing for several times at a stretch, it gets more worse while talking , or exposed to wind or dust.
Now m afraid if its some kind of dust allergy or something...

It sounds like an allergic cough. You may have to take long term meds for allergic cough.
