Sore Throat
From today morning i am having slight sore throat on the left side of the throat and having a pain in both the joints of legs. No fever or Cough. From yesterday the climate has changed from heat to cool winds. Can it be a seasonal flu other than covid. Gas trouble also there.

Management of Sore Throat :- 1. Drinking plenty of Liquid. 2. Gargling with warm salt water. 3. Sucking on Lozenges. 4. Taking Pain medication and Antibiotics etc . 5. Use Garlic & Chamomile tea . 6. Surgery for recurrent Tonsillitis .
