Sore throat. Frequent cold
In Jan, I suffered from common cold. I have found blood in mucus and had intermittent headaches. I used regular cold medicines and it came under control in 10 days. From then I still have slight mucus reminder. I am now suffering again from sore throat and thick mucus. I don't have any blood in mucus. No running nose. There is occasional headache. Am I suffering from sinus infection? Or is it due to climate changes?

You seem to be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose and sinus infection. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery. Steam inhalation is also beneficial. CT scan of paranasal sinuses will confirm the diagnosis
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
