Sore throat,fever 101.2
I having fever for past 3 days with high temp as 101
and sore throat and a lot headaches i have done my covid test yesterday and its negative i have been taking azithral 500 and paracetamol for 3 days but my fever is not going down and there is continuous leak from my nose and when i cough i feel like cough inside.

If u get covid tested sometimes very early the test may come negative as every test has false negatives ... Kindly repeat the test after one or two days , isolate urself for now ... Meds u r taking are fine ...plz consult a doctor for further guidance
