Sore Throat and Sore mouth for 2 weeks

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have sore throat and sore mouth (palate and tongue) for the past 2 weeks and I visited nearby Government Hospital, they told me that I have throat infection and gave me a tablets of "Amoxicillin" and "Cetirizine" (both 1-0-1) for 5 days, but I didn't go away after those 5 days. And I have attached my current condition of my mouth pic. Please suggest me any "Syrup" and tablets

Plz take tab zerodol sp thrice daily for 5 days and tab allegra m daily once at night for 7 days

plz do regular warm water gargles and avoid citrus fruits , spicy foods .
