Sore throat and pain in swallowing
I need advise on me having sore throat and bit of itching at the deep end of my mouth, start of throat since last 2-3 days. I have been traveling to 3-4 locations in India in this week (including in Delhi) and thought its an allergy and effect of crackers pollution. Have been doing gargle with warm water and salt 3-4 times a day and yesterday got Betadine 2% Gargle, used it as per instructions but no great relief as such. Need further advice. Thanks

You seem to be suffering from acute viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat infection in this season. You may need to take anti cold medicines for few days
