Sore throat and cough
I suffer from sore throat, cough for the whole year, everytime I feel mucus deposition in my neck, I also feeled choked during sleep ,is this is some kind of allergy of should I go to some treatment.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern, since you are feeling this the entire year , it needs to be evaluated for further management.
I would suggest you kind meet a otorhinolaryngologist (ENT SPECIALIST) for further help regarding this issue.
Till then do betadine gargles thrice a day as per the instructions given on the package, avoid oily, spicy foods.
Avoid smoking actively or even passively.
Take steam inhalation.
