Sore throat a)ergiea mucus
I have extremely bad allergies passed on from my mother which include runny nose,sore throat from mucus-lots of mucus, and itchy eyes. Im wondering what can i do to prevent my bad allergies from coming and what can I do when they come to stop them faster. Allergy pills don't really work for me:(

Hi I think you should to a proper allergic testing and seek a proper help from doctor practising allergic conditions and zero down on some allergen and then start treatment against it. There are many other modalities for treatment ,so go and discuss those with your doctor. Regards
