Sore spots in mouth
I have been having sore white spots throughout my throat, tongue, inner cheek, inner lip, and even on my gums. Basically my question is are they cold sores, canker sores, or possibly oral herpes? I eat a lot of foods high in sodium, so I am sort of wondering if it is a canker sore, but I am not sure.
