You need to get a thorough throat examination done Includes oropharynx, tonsils and larynx exmaination. Left ear pain is mostly referred pain due to inflamed tonsils
Next Steps
continue gargles. meet a ENT surgeon.  you may need a throat swab and antibiotics accordingly

Looks like a fibrotic band with surrounding erythema Also since you are not able to sing , it will be better to get a laryngoscopic examination Can try taking a throat swab and sending for culture sensitivity if symptoms persist Would have to examine the tonsils as well to see if its related to it. Neck nodes also if any have to be evaluated
Next Steps
Consultation is advisable
