Sore pus filled boils on scalp

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have developed painful pus filled boils on my scalp. It has been happening for a few years and it disappears automatically, but its very painful and discomforting. I have changed shampoos as directed by doctors previously but the conditon returns sometimes in a few months and sometimes it reappears after a year or so. Could you please let me know a solution for this. Thank you.
