Sore on penis shaft
It's been 1 year I'm experiencing sore on the right side of the penis shaft,currently it in spreading into the left side of the penis shaft.it doesn't have any pain or anything.but I can feel decreased in sex drive,less pleasure after masturbation compared to the older days and low sperm count.now a days after masturbation I can feel something on the veins in the right side of calf area and yes the urine flow also decreased.
And I'm a person who sleeps on the stomach and it's a irriation from the penis side in that sleeping position.does it is any sympotoms?I would like to cure it asap.forgot to add this,after masturbation when you touch that sore like area it's like a hard rock..
