Sore and swelling Tip of penis

I am Type 2DM patient. Taking vobose m.3and terostile 20, i got infected with Urinary tract infection from july2018. From yesterday My penis got swelled and sore round fully at the tip of penis, my body is heat body, i jus applied coconut oil on the edge of penis.. wat can i do now. Pls tell me..thank you
