Sore nipples after long run
Hello Doctor, I had sore nipples after my first long run of 30 km.after that I applied vaseline on it and it was fine for few days.today also I had a run of 12km with sore nipples at end. Please advise any ointment.right now I have just applied vaseline cream and some powder after having bath. Regards, Hemant
