Sore and painful nipples
I am breastfeeding mother my baby is 13 days old. My nipples are very sore and paining all the time. Please tell me what should I do?? I am not being able to feed my baby because of too much pain... My nipples also feel pain when they touch my bra.. Please suggest me something for my pain.

Use nipcare cream and t bact ointment alternatively
U can apply your own milk or ghee on nipples for better healing
If too much pain use nipple shield to feed for a week
