hello, problem at the back of heel is ?HAGELUND DEFORMITY ? RETROCALCANEAL BURSITIS. In initial stage i treat it with pain killers, ultrasound, hot fomentation and footwears with some heel. once pain has reduced i start muscle strengthening exc. Condition at tail bone region is known as COCCYDYNIA. I start with medicines, soft pillow for sitting, hot water situps followed by exercises. Avoid sitting on hard surfaces and 2 wheelers. take care. get well soon Dr Yogesh Sisodia

Your sitting habits and working habits need to be evaluated. You have tightness of the calf muscle plus stiffness of your muscles of the hand causing traction on their respective insertion points.
Next Steps
work ergonomically, do appropriate stretching exercises
