My stomach is pain sometimes n doctors says in report small ulcers with bleed noted what can I do I take medicine last 15 days but it's as it is..

Hello there.... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger Gastritis.... Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make gastritis worse..... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals.  Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach...
