Sir/Madam, I am 19 years old . I am a student and preparing for a competitive exam. I am just asking that gym or physical activities which is best for me..? As I am a student I can't spend 2-3 hours in a day in the gym. So what should I do..? Please reply with best advises. Thank you

Do exercise for 1 hr it is sufficient: 30 min running or cardio is good enuf with 30 min weight training : watch your diet have a good protein diet
