Some problems after covid

Asked for Female, 22 Years

After getting symptoms of covid took medicine consulting a dr via call, the dr gave medicines for 5 days and then again consulted him he said to continue ta vitamins. But she is severely coughing , feeling weak , unable to eat properly , sometimes having difficult in breathing , unable to sleep properly... Pls help.
