Covid flu virus
I was detected with covid flu virus last Tuesday. Now I am fine. My physician told me to eat Zincovit multivitamin once in a day for 15 days. By mistake I was eating 2 times a day ( wed, Thu and Fri). I stopped now 2 times from today. Will it it cause any issue to my body for the last 3 days which I was taking two doses. ? Please suggest.
