Some peculiar thing happen in chest
I have pressure in my chest,it feels like something is in chest muscles,there is also sometime tingling in my chest...i do check up my heart,it is normal....I am trying stretching, massage....it is not going...what should I do????????

Try deep breathing lifting your arms up abd slowly stretch chest muscles. Do this every hour as tolerated. Sit upright to avoid stooped posture

It could be spasm on your chest muscles. You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes twice a day. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do Pectoral group muscles stretching with proper guidance.

Overactivity of shoulder muscle can lead to immproper posture and pain radiat to chest , you can do deep breathing exercise, shoulder exercises,hot fomentation
