My husband went for a kft and left test last weekend. Almost all things were in control except few. Want to avoid going to any clinic so asking here. Please advise if this is not anything serious and what medication should be done. LFT- SGPT : 52.6 ALK PHOSPHATE : 130.6 A/G RATIO : 1.95 KFT- BUN/CREATININE RATIO : 7.01

SGPT is increased. Other reports are normal. Avoid alcohol. If obese, then reduce weight. Drink 3 to 4 litres of water. Repeat LFT after 1 month. If SGPT is still on higher side, get a USG abdomen done. Otherwise nothing to worry as of now.
