  4. Some discomfort. If i need to visit doc?

Some discomfort
I feel some discomfort when sleep facing towards my left hand side seems like not very sure there is some small swelling or might be enlarged just below the lower most left rib. Is is due to sleeping towards left as i sleep 80% times facing my left ? Plz suggest if i need to visit doc ?

U need to get EXAMINED by a general surgeon. And an ultrasound may help. This is not related to sleeping posture.
