Food timing
Some time more sleep is cause because of wrong time of eating if possible avoid to take food is middle of breakfast and lunch as well as dinner. Take heavy breakfast little bit light lunch and very light dinner (if possible avoid Indian masala in dinner)
Sleep time
Yes ! Because of chatting with people late night work etcare reasons behind untimed sleep . Try to sleep early in night and Wake up before sunshine . And keep follow this routine.
Stress
Because of some tiny issue and some life problems we're taking so much stress so this stress can be reason for your extra sleep so please be joyful person and our to take so much thinking on tiny issues set your priorities.
Early morning exercise
Boom your day with minimum 10 to 15 minutes of exercise or Pranayam.
