For scabies you would have to be treated by application of pollution on the entire body as well as taking a tablet which would help clear the infestation. However the tablet for reaching will have to be continued for a longer time as the itching of scabies takes time to completely decide. Also it is important to examine your family members if they also have a similar problem because scabies tends to spread among family members. I cannot comment on the exact medication that you should take without examining you first and confirming the diagnosis. You can consult online with pictures or meet a dermatologist directly.
