Hi i have dry eyes and cause of it is MGd my doctor prescribed me systane ultra lubricant but when i use this drops my vision is getting disturbed and foggy what should i do nkw please suggest satisfied way to get rid of this problem

Use azithral or zaha eye ointment 1-0-1 for 15 days
Hot fomentation twice a day

Do hot fomentation of lids at bedtime.
Continue using any lubricant eye drop.

Hi
Systane ultra is a lubricant used for MGD about 3-4 times per day but may not be enough- u can add Genteal gel once at night in addition to this.
Eyes with severe mgd may require additional oral medication
