Soft tissue injury
I developed pain on surface of my right foot on 05.12.17 Thereafter showed to Doc on 13.01 X-ray done . Diagnosed as Soft Tissue injury. Took pain killer Ultracet nd chymoral forte for 10 days. No improvement. Showed to 2nd Dic. Advised zerodol nd rotacium. All tests normal. Even after about 7weeks pain is there nd also swelling. What medicine should I take now? When can start walking?? Can I wear sports shoes and walk? When would I walk normally?? Kindly advise...

First thing when there is soft tissue injury you would have given complete rest. And would have put the ankle binder. But now anyways you can't change and go back try to take rest and then apply Cold pack.. and then use systaflam gel external application and go to a Physiotherapist near by and do iontophoresis .

Start Icing for 10 Minutes thrice a day. Also do immobilisation means stabilise joint with crape bandage or foot support. You may wear sports shoes. Visit the nearest Physiotherapist if problem persist.
