पिछले 6 महीनो से मैं अपने anus में दो नर्म मुलायम गांठ देख रहा हु ये गांठे वैसे ही है उसमे कोई बदलाव नहीं है कभी अपने आप सूजन खत्म हो जाती है कभी वापस आ जाती है। क्या मुझे आंत का कैंसर हो रहा है।
