Soft kidney stone
While peeing I found a soft white stone with little redness. Is it kidney stone? It looks like lemon seed and the shape is also similar to that. But it's soft. Is it kidney stone? Should I take any tests?

It could be a stone. Often kidney stones can be passed in urine if small.
You should do an USG ABDOMEN to see if there are any other abnormalities.
