Soar throat fever chills
I am facing difficulty in swallowing food have a continuous fever of 101.6.experience chills at times. Also there is a swollen lump on the left side of my neck

1.Tab Pan 40 mg twice daily before meals. 2.Tab Augmentin 625 mg thrice daily after meals. 3.Tab Allegra M once at night after meals. 4.Syrup Ascoril LS 10 ml thrice daily. 5.Tab Dolo 650 mg as needed for fever and pain after meals. 6.Rest. Plenty of Soups. Warm water . 7. Warm saline Gargles thrice daily. 8. Steam inhalation thrice daily.

Avoid cold water&food.Tab Ceftum(500mg) twice a day after foodfor 6days.Tab Voveran-SR(100mg) twice a day after food for 2days. Hexidine mouth gargling 3 times a day after food.Tab Cetzine(10mg) once daily before dinner for 10 days.

Take tab hatric 3 thrice daily (or) tab levocetrizine 10mg + tab dolo 650mg thrice daily . You need to start a course of antibiotics too which can be prescribed after consultation

u need to consult any near by physician to get yr throat examined to rule out whether u r suffering from acute tonsillitis/pharyngitis or not.
