All baby soaps are good, check if any baby soap is causing skin rashes after use, then avoid that particular soap.

Use mild cleanser like cetaphil bar soap as the child's skin is sensitive. Never use strong soaps

Cetaphil and sebamed are baby sensitive soaps with mild pH. Baby dove products are also good.
