So many pimples & Acne on Face
Please help . I have so many pimples and acne on face. Skin becomes so dull after that. And my skin is very dry . Have dandruff too in hairs . Please tell what to do. After marriage my skin becomes so dull. Every other day I got one acne on face nd it's painfull while touching

It can be cleared...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. This is Cystic acne. This will require long term medication. Diet will also be important with life style modification the get the acne under control. Consult a Dermatologist with relevant pictures and history for further evaluation.
