Snoring problem
In 2011 i go through sinus surgery actually nose expands so doctor cut that bone. After this surgery I'm facing this issue. Snoring is very high. Non tolerable for others.

You seem to have undergone septoplasty with endoscopic sinus surgery. It is unlikely that surgery is the cause for your snoring. There are other causes for snoring too such as obesity, allergic rhinitis, decreased tone of palate and pharyngeal muscles etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
