I have small air passage in nasal as described by my ent specialist
But this has been since 7 years
From past 1.5 years I have developed snoring.
I usually sleep as soon as I hop on bed.
I have also gains weight if this can be a reason.
What can be the useful measures.
Since few times I have suddenly woken up by hearing my own snoring noice as it was loud.

There are many causes for snoring such as obesity, deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, decreased tone of palate and pharyngeal muscles etc. Most common cause for snoring is obesity. Try loosing some weight and probably that will cure your problem
