Snoring isusue
Had a sinus issue from past 10 yrs .. however got relief by using homeo medicines upto  some extent... having sinus pain very rare when heavily exposed to cool air ..but can be manageable if I took some precautions... traffic air pollution and noise pollution effects me with sinus headache sometimes...but my main prblm is snoring through nose without opening mouth during sleep.. it effecting others sleep and making me feel embarrassing.. sometimes even I can listen that my own snore which resulting me to stop sleeping with a fear of snore...even if I not in a deep sleep it happens...sometimes after wake up I can feel dry throat..can u pls provide any remedy or drops to control this

Hi...the symptoms that you're experiencing are due to Obstructive Sleep Apnea. It can be due to some obstruction in the nose or throat or due to collapse of the soft palate muscles during sleep. It needs detailed evaluation with Sleep Study and Drug induced sleep endoscopy. The dry mouth is because of the mouth breathing while sleeping. Drink plenty of water...it may/may not help with the same.
