Sneezing and headache
I have a frequent sneezing past few weeks and due to this I am suffering severe headache. I sneezes 20 to 30 times a day n due to this my nose pains from inside. Please suggest any medication for that

Hello....... You are having allergic cold... Avoid sneez triggering elements like pollen, dust ,mould, cold weather etc... Since you are in Delhi air pollution could also aggravate your problem.. . Wear mask while going out.. Take steam inhalation twice daily.. Do yoga and breathing exercises...
