Ok Sir .u need medications to get relief from joints pain. U take Maharasnaadi kaada three tsf twice a day in empty stomach. Mahayogaraj guggulu onetab three times a day after food. For external application ,use Mahavishagarbhataila twice or thrice a day. Can consult call thru practo.
