My left nose gets close very often, and sudden dust and new smell allergies which makes me sneeze very badly, itching in throat, watery nose and eyes, heavy head, heavy breath...

You are having allergic rhinitis.. The best way to deal with it is to identify the trigger factor and avoid that. Medication will be of help only in controlling the symptoms transiently
