Smelly urine

Asked for Male, 37 Years

Recently my urine becomes more smelly & yellowish. Moreover sometimes after passing urine, some drops tend to hold & get release after sometime. My urine was tested in November 2016 as part of master health check & the report was normal. Any treatment required?
