Just try these at home,
Avoid washing your head, or use cotton ear plugs while washing your head to avoid water entry.
Have some Aparaajitha Dhoopa Choornam, a powder which will be available in the Ayurvedic medical shops. Smoke some amount of it, and expose the ear to its fumes for a few minutes. Try this for 2-3 days. If no improvement, you should consult an ENT specialist.

First confirm that you never had a ear drum perforation. If you are confirm, then put 2 drops of warm coconut oil in your ear every day before bedtime. this should solve your problem. Better, if you start doing this after you get your ear washed at a ENT's clinic. Never put ear buds to clean your ear. You will push the wax even more inside. Ayurvedic medicines can help reduce the formation of more ear wax. Consult for more info.
