Small white ulcers mouth, lips, tongue

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I've been having constant increase in the number of small ulcers all over my mouth, upper lips,and throat. Also would mention that i have decayed bimolar for extraction which i havent'done yet. so it is because pf that or any other reason. Also i smoke occassionally so while i consulted my dentist he said its the problem of dry mouth.
