My mother(52years) has white spots on her legs last 5 years. Last one year the white spots are increase spread to th thyes. Present my mother taken some medicines (tackle forte 1%, pigments ointment,melanoye (octamop), neuroridt (forget mb), tritol A tablets written by dermatalagist last 3 wreaks but no improvement. My mother is a BP and asthma patient no other health problems are there. Present my mother takes bp and above mentioned tablets.

CAN BE IDIOPATHIC GUTTATE HYPOMELANOSIS
WHICH IS QUIET RESISTENT TO THERAPY AND BENIGN IN NATURE
CAN LEAVE AS SUCH IF NOT MUCH OF SPREAD
IN VITILIGO TOO RX SHOWS RESULTS IN MINIMUM 3-6 MONTHS

Thanks for your query. This presentation looks like IGH( Idiopathic Gutate Hypomelanosis) .It is not much effective with treatment and as such cause no harm in the body apart from its appearance. Warm Regards
