Small white reddish lumps on foreskin
I noticed a small white fleshy lump on the underside of my foreskin just below the head of my penis roughly 2 weeks ago. It didn’t hurt, and was small and really unnoticeable so I kinda forgot about it.
I checked last week and I had another one, and now today I have about 4/5 of these small lumps and one is rather irritated, I’ve been washing a lot more in hopes of getting rid of them.
Not sexually active so not a sexually transmitted infection. I really would love some help.
