Small white patch on penis

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have a small white patch on my penis shaft, I think it is some kind of fungal infection. It does not itch, but becomes dry and flaky. I tried candiderma, it heals but comes back after a few days. Is there anything that I should be worried about. Note, i am sexually active.
