Small white patch in inner cheek
It's very small, less that a cm in area, but I know it's a symptom of oral cancer amongst other things. I noticed it 3-4 days ago, and it causes very mild irritation when that area is touched

Not necessarily everything is oral cancer .... Plz share a pic of the lesion and if required plz visit an ent specialist for clinical examination
