Small white bumps on face and back

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have been having this problem since 2-3 months...my problem is that I am having small watery bumps on my face and back with no itching and pain. 1month before I consult a doctor who gave me KOH solution and nabidact cream to apply. I applied it for 1week continuously which gave me no result. Now I want to know that is there any other solution of it or I have to continue with same solution and cream???
