Small warts on my child facr

Asked for Male, 34 Years

My child is 2 years old. 3 months ago a small wart appeared on my child face. I ignored it. But now warts quantity has increased and there are 6 to 7 small warts on my child face and the size of warts is also increasing day by DAT. I am too much worried about my child. Plz tell me a proper treatment for my child.
